My name is Sarah and I live in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. I love travel and learning about people and their backgrounds. I am usually chasing my little girl round the house except on Mondays, when I get to escape to the real world and train to be a counsellor. This has the added bonus of multiple cups of HOT COFFEE- absolute luxury!

I'm using this space to share a little about what I'm learning and trying to challenge some of those ideas that people have about counselling.
